1. How to use the Korah app as a normal user?

  • Once you open the Korah app, you get a login window.
  • Sign up as a new user
  • Once signed up, you would get an email to verify your user.
  • To make a new booking, go to “book” tap and search for nearby fields from the map
  • You can also search for fields from the “filter” option
  • Choose your preferred date and time
  • Then proceed to payment. You can pay by “debit” or “credit” cards.
  • You can invite people to your game by adding a group from the “more” option under “Groups”
  • Then add emails for your group members
  • Once you book a field, you can add a group
  • Then an email would be sent to each member. You would get updated for the members who accept or reject the invitation.

2. How to use the Korah app as a venue manager?

  • Once you open the Korah app, you get a login window.
  • Sign up as a new field owner, put your details including your bank details to receive your field payments.
  • Once signed up, you would get an email to verify your account. Then wait for the approval from Korah app admin.
  • To add a venue, go to “my venue” and click on “add new venue”. You can ONLY add one venue per email.
  • You would then be asked to “buy a subscription”. You can buy “half a year” or “one year” subscription.
  • You would be directed to a payment window. You can pay by “debit” or “credit” cards.
  • Now you can add your venue. Add a description of your venue, a location map, and a price for booking per hour.
  • Important note. You need to convert your local currency to American dollars and put your venue price in American dollars. As a field owner, you only see this price in American dollars whereas your customers would see the price in their local currency.
  • Add services to your venue.
  • If you would like to advertise for your venue, go to “more”.
  • Under “add ads” you can add a new advertisement. Then wait for approval from Korah app admin.
  • Now you are done adding your venue to the app. You can update the details of your venue later.
  • You can block some days or specific time slots for venue maintenance and other matters.

3. How can I pay through the app?

You can pay using debit and credit cards.

4. Would I get a receipt for my booking as a normal user?

Yes, once you pay through the app, you would get an email with details of your booking.

5. How would I get my booking money as a venue manager?

You would get your money by a bank transfer to your account at the end of every month.
